A natural edge form made from an Ash burl. Approximately, it stands 13cm tall at its highest point. The diameter is 20cm.
This is one of my favourite burls I have turned. There are lots of cool inclusions and holes which does make the piece delicate in places..

Wood is a natural product - there could be further movement depending on the environment it is in, to me this can enhance the piece, but I understand not everybody will like this.
